Please note that most insurance plans will cover one wellness exam per year at no cost.  Annual physicals are preventative visits and include medical history, physical examination, risk factor reduction interventions, age/sex appropriate cancer screenings, labs and immunizations.  Acute illness/injury or uncontrolled chronic conditions are not part of a wellness exam. If time allows, they can be addressed during your wellness visit but, per your insurance, will be considered a separate office visit.  You may be responsible for a co-pay and/or deductible payment. 

• Well child exams (newborn - 18 years)
• Sports physicals - $35 if outside of well child exam
• Well Woman exams
• Well Male exams
• Medicare wellness exams

We will help you to manage your chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, thyroid disease, allergies, eczema, irritable bowel syndrome, mild/moderate depression and anxiety, migraines etc.

• We do NOT manage ADHD with stimulant medications (ie. Adderall, Concerta, Vyvanse etc.).  We will not prescribe or refill any prescription for these medications.
• We do NOT treat chronic pain with narcotic pain medication and will not prescribe or refill narcotic medications.
• We do NOT treat anxiety or any other condition with benzodiazepines (ie. Xanax, Ativan, Valium ect.).  We will not prescribe or refill these medications. 

We will make every effort to see you same day for your acute illness.
